At infra garments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must have all original tags attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

1.1 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@infragarments.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures faster processing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at service@infragarments.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
